Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Gleeo Health hospital continuity platform (“CCT”) and related websites (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1) Who may use the Services

• The Services are intended for hospitals/clinics and their authorised users.
• You must use the Services only with valid credentials and within your role permissions.

2) Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the Services, attempt unauthorised access, or disrupt operations.
• Do not upload malicious code or attempt to bypass security controls.
• Use patient information only for legitimate clinical/operational purposes under your organisation’s policies.

3) Accounts and security

• You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Notify us and your organisation promptly if you suspect compromise of your account.

4) Data ownership

Hospitals/clinics retain ownership and control of their patient and operational data. Gleeo Health processes data to provide the Services under contract and applicable law.

5) Intellectual property

The Services, software, and trademarks are owned by Gleeo Health or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute the Services except as permitted under a written agreement.

6) Service availability

We aim for high availability, but planned maintenance or unexpected outages may occur. We may update features over time.

7) Disclaimer

CCT is a workflow and monitoring platform. Clinical decisions remain the responsibility of the treating medical professionals and the hospital’s policies.

8) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law and subject to your organisation’s contract, Gleeo Health is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.

9) Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated if these Terms are violated, or as directed by the hospital/clinic administrator.

10) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to jurisdiction of competent courts as agreed in contract.
