This Privacy Policy explains how Gleeo Health Pvt. Ltd. (“Gleeo Health”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you access our hospital continuity platform (“CCT”) and related websites (the “Services”).
1) Who this policy applies to
- Hospitals/clinics using CCT (as the customer/organisation).
- Authorised users (hospital staff, doctors, care team members) who access CCT.
- Patients and caregivers who may interact with CCT-linked workflows (where enabled by the hospital).
2) Information we collect
- Account & organisation data: name, role, organisation, contact details, login credentials.
- Operational data: usage logs, audit trails, device/browser information, IP address, timestamps.
- Patient-related data: clinical/engagement data configured by the hospital (e.g., check-ins, reminders, notes, adherence, outcomes). The hospital remains the primary controller/owner of patient records in its System of Record.
- Support communications: messages or recordings you share with support for troubleshooting.
3) How we use information
- Provide and operate the Services (authentication, dashboards, alerts, workflows).
- Maintain security, prevent misuse, and keep audit logs.
- Improve product performance and reliability (aggregated/anonymous analytics where possible).
- Provide customer support and service communications.
- Meet legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
4) Legal basis / authorisation
Where required, processing is performed under the hospital’s authorisation and applicable Indian data protection law. Hospitals should obtain necessary patient consents/notices for enrolment into continuity programs.
5) Sharing of information
- With the hospital/clinic: authorised organisation users can view data based on role permissions.
- Service providers: vetted vendors for hosting, messaging, analytics, and support, bound by confidentiality and security obligations.
- Legal requirements: if required by law, court order, or to protect rights and safety.
6) Data security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate for healthcare software, including access controls, encryption in transit, and audit trails. No system is 100% secure, but we continuously improve security controls.
7) Data retention
We retain data for as long as needed to provide the Services and as required by contracts and applicable law. Hospitals can request deletion/return of data at the end of contract, subject to legal retention requirements.
8) Your choices and rights
Hospitals can manage access, roles, and program configurations. Where applicable, patients/caregivers may request access/correction through the hospital as the primary data controller. We will support the hospital to fulfil such requests.
9) Cookies
We may use essential cookies and similar technologies for login sessions and security. If analytics cookies are used, we aim to keep them minimal and privacy-respecting.
